Do I have to have a Paypal account to do purchase a product from your site?
Not really, you do not need a Paypal account. Any Credit Card account with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover is accepted through a secure Paypal transaction. If you happen to have a Paypal account you also have a choice to use it to buy products from our site.
Are all the items showing on the site available?
We regularly update information on our site. Therefore, all the items showing should be available in stock. However, sometimes items could sell out before we get the chance to update the site, in that case, we will contact you to let you know if we will be receiving more of that style in the near future, or to offer you another similar style to purchase.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you have the possibility to cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact customer service to get further information if you receive an order which has been canceled.
How will I get refunded?
If you returned an item before 15 days of purchase, and demanded a full refund, Paypal will directly refund that amount into the credit card account you used for your purchase.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Contact our customer service, and they will give you authorization for a full refund or an exchange to a defective or damaged product. We will assume the shipping charges for authorized returns on damaged or defective goods.
