Returns & exchanges
Our main objective is for you to be satisfied with the product you purchased from us. Therefore, our return and exchange policies are very flexible.
Returns
You can return a product for a full refund up to 15 days after reception if the product has not been used, worn or washed.
Washed or worn products are not refundable; they could be exchanged if the reason is a valid quality issue. You are welcomed to contact our customer service and they will evaluate your reason of dissatisfaction. You can then get a new product of similar or different style and we will assume the cost of shipping you the new product.
We are mostly interested in keeping you happy and satisfied so we are committed to please you by resolving any problem or issue.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product you purchased from us for no valid quality issue later than 15 days of purchase, you can do so by informing our customer service. Unfortunately, we would not be able to assume any of the shipping charges, so you would have to pay the shipping of the old item back to us and the new item’s shipping charge.
